Life on the ocean wave is a whirl of fun and adventure when you're a little boat with big ideas. Meet Toot, an eager and energetic tug in his first year of service in the busy waters of the Harbour. Toot's job is to lead big boats into the Harbour and then back out to sea, rescue ships in distress, and help in construction. Toot learns quickly and is always eager help out with a joyous shout of Heave Ho! Let's Go!
